АЛГОРИТМ ОЦЕНКИ ИНФОРМАТИВНОСТИ ГРАФИЧЕСКИХ ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЬСКИХ ИНТЕРФЕЙСОВ

Резюме: В статье поднимается проблема низкой эффективности современных программных продуктов и их интерфейсов, одной из основных причин которой является отсутствие многокритериальных подходов, позволяющих проводить количественную оценку их эффективности. С целью решения данной проблемы автором настоящей статьи поставлена научная задача по разработке научно-методических средств, позволяющих как проводить оценку интерфейсов программных продуктов, так и сравнивать их между собой для выбора наиболее качественных. В ходе решения научной задачи автором: составлен список оригинальных показателей оценки эффективности интерфейсов по направлению информативности, объединённых в систему; проведён анализ существующих методов и подходов на возможность их использования для формализации выделенных показателей; проведена формализация показателей не имеющих аналогов и на их основе разработан алгоритм оценки информативности интерфейсов.

ALGORITHM FOR EVALUATING THE INFORMATIVENESS OF GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACES

Summary: The article raises the problem of low efficiency of modern software products and their interfaces, one of the main reasons for which is the lack of multi-criteria approaches that allow for a qualitative assessment of their effectiveness. In order to solve this problem, the author of this article has set the scientific task of developing scientific and methodological tools that allow both evaluating the interfaces of software products and comparing them with each other to select the best quality. In the course of solving the scientific problem, the author: compiled a list of initial indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of interfaces in the direction of informativity integrated into the system; analyzed existing methods and approaches for the possibility of using them to formalize the selected indicators; carried out the formalization of indicators without analogues and based on them developed an evaluation algorithm the informativeness of the interfaces.
