АНАЛИЗ ИНСТРУМЕНТОВ OSINT ДЛЯ АУДИТА УЯЗВИМОСТЕЙ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫХ СИСТЕМ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ УЧРЕЖДЕНИЙ

Резюме: Информационная система (ИС) для образовательного учреждения является необходимой, однако имеет свои недостатки и уязвимости. При внедрение такой ИС администрация обязаны понимать все финансовые и репутационные риски. Для минимизации рисков необходимо заранее провести проверку ИС для избежания утечки данных. Этот вопрос является актуальным, потому что количество ИС с каждым годом увеличивается, как и количество возможных уязвимостей и рисков. В данной статье рассматриваются основные инструменты технологии Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), которые могут быть применены при внедрении информационной системы в образовательном учреждении. Цель данной работы – анализ различных инструментов технологии OSINT и выявление наиболее удобных и подходящих. Область применения технологии OSINT является очень большой, поэтому необходимо корректно определять, какие инструменты удобны именно для образовательного учреждения, а какие не подходят совсем. В результате данной работы были выявлены достоинства и недостатки у 4 инструментов технологии OSINT. Каждый из этих инструментов был рассмотрен в разрезе сферы его применения. При анализе каждого из инструментов было указано, что применение только 1 инструмента не является уместным, поэтому в будущем необходимо учитывать совместимость данных инструментов. Так же в статье рассмотрен четкий алгоритм по применению технологии OSINT на объекте защиты. С помощью этого алгоритма можно четко понять, как необходимо действовать при внедрении этой технологии. Результаты этой работы могут быть использованы для последующих исследований в этой области.

ANALYSIS OF OSINT TOOLS FOR AUDITING VULNERABILITIES OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Summary: Information system of educational institution is necessary but it has its vulnerabilities and disadvantages. During the integration of such information system the administration should understand all financial and reputational risks. To minimize all risks the administration must check the information system properly. It is vital to avoid data leakage. This question is quite actual since the quantity of information systems is increasing. And the quality of possible vulnerabilities and risks is increasing too. This article refers to main tools of the technology OSINT that can be used in the integration of information system in educational institution. The aim of this article is the analysis of different tools to reveal the most convenient and useful. The field of application is very huge. That is why the choice of the tools should be made properly. It is necessary to realize what tools are appropriate for educational institution. As a result of this article, 4 tools were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of these tools are given below. Each tool was viewed in terms of its scope of application. During the analysis of each tool, it was said that it is senselessly to use only 1 tool. That is why it is significant to consider the compatibility of these tools. Also, in this article the clear algorithm of using OSINNT technology is reviewed. Using this algorithm, it is easy to understand what to do to integrate this technology. The results of this work can be used for further research in this area.
