Анализ эффективности внедрения системы учета достижений студентов при помощи имитационного моделирования

Резюме: Целью работы является анализ эффективности внедрения информационной системы (ИС) в процесс распределения повышенной государственной академической стипендии (ПГАС). В статье рассматривается процесс учета достижения студентов для назначения им ПГАС. Показана сложность и объем работы сотрудников дирекции и членов стипендиальной комиссии. Рассмотрена тема рейтинга студента. Научная новизна работы заключается в отсутствии имитационных моделей, позволяющих показать разницу процессов до и после внедрения ИС. В результате исследования были разработаны имитационные модели, позволяющие проанализировать целесообразность разработки новой ИС.

Analysis of the effectiveness of implementing a system for accounting students achievements using simulation modeling

Summary: The purpose of the work is to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of an information system (IS) in the process of distributing an increased state academic scholarship (PGAS). The article discusses the process of considering the achievements of students for the appointment of PGAS. The complexity and scope of work of the directorate staff and mem- bers of the scholarship commission are shown. The topic of student rating is considered. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the absence of simulation models that help to show the difference between processes before and after the introduction of IS. As a result of the research, simulation models were developed to analyze the feasibility of developing a new IS.
