Алгоритм автоматизации процесса работы студенческого дворца культуры на примере студии вокала

Резюме: Целью исследования является анализ работы студенческого дворца культуры (СДК). В статье рассматривается процесс проведения внутри вузовского мероприятия, а также формирование отчетной документации директором СДК. Показана сложность и объем работы сотрудников. Затронута тема рейтинга студента за достижения в культурно-творческой деятельности. Научная новизна работы заключается в отсутствии существующих информационных систем (ИС), способствующих автоматизации рассматриваемого процесса. В результате исследования были разработаны алгоритмы, позволяющие автоматизировать процесс планирования мероприятия, а также подготовки по ним отчетной документации. Помимо этого, представлена формула расчета рейтинга студента и описана таблица начисляемых баллов за уровни достижений, что позволяет также автоматизировать данный процесс.

The algorithm for automating the work process  of the student palace of culture on the example of the vocal studio

Summary: The purpose of the study is to analyze the work of the Student Palace of Culture (SDK). The article discusses the process of conducting an intra-university event, as well as the formation of accounting documentation by the director of the KFOR. The complexity and volume of work of employees is shown. The topic of student rating for achievements in cultural and creative activities is touched upon. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the absence of existing information systems (IS) that contribute to the automation of the process under consideration. As a result of the research, algorithms were developed that allow automating the process of event planning, as well as the preparation of reporting documentation on them. In addition, the formula for calculating the student›s rating is presented and a table of accrued points for achievement levels is described, which also allows automating this process.
