Применение перспективных средств радиосвязи в подразделениях органов внутренних дел

Резюме: в статье рассмотрены актуальные вопросы связанные с проблемой устаревшего парка портативных радиосредств, имеющихся на вооружении подразделений органов внутренних дел, а также многообразием технологий, на базе которых портативные радиосредства построены. В настоящее время в органах внутренних дел одновременно используются как аналоговые, так и цифровые портативные радиостанции стандартов FM, DMR, TETRA и APCO P25. Используемые портативные средства радиосвязи не всегда способны выполнить предъявляемые к ним требования по своевременности и безопасности передаваемой и получаемой оперативно-значимой информации в ходе проведения оперативно-розыскных мероприятий. Невыполнение вышеуказанных требований неизбежно приведет к невозможности управления подразделениями, и как следствие к срыву оперативно-розыскных мероприятий.

Application of promising radio communications in the departments of the internal affairs

Summary: The article deals with topical issues related to the problem of the outdated fleet of portable radio equipment, which are in service with the units of the internal affairs bodies, as well as the variety of technologies on the basis of which portable radio equipment is built. At present, both analog and digital portable radio stations of FM, DMR, TETRA and APCO P25 standards are simultaneously used in the internal affairs bodies. The portable radio communications used are not always able to meet the requirements for the timeliness and security of transmitted and received operationally significant information in the course of operational search activities. Failure to comply with the above requirements will inevitably lead to the impossibility of managing units, and as a result, to the disruption of operational-search activities.
