Аннотация: В работе предложена методика оценки эффективности ИТ-инфраструктуры предприятия. Представлен перечень задач, решаемых для реализации методики с учётом раздельных и обобщенных значений эффективности каждого ИТ-отдела предприятия.

The effectiveness of the enterprise’s it infrastructure

Summary: The paper proposes a methodology of evaluating the effectiveness of the enterprise›s IT infrastructure. Here is the list of tasks to be solved for the implementation of the methodology, taking into account separate and generalized values of the effectiveness of each IT-department of the enterprise.
