Развёртывание работ по созданию роботизированных органов по оценке соответствия СМК и продукции цифровых предприятий – исполнителей и участников ГОЗ

Резюме: В статье приведен алгоритм перевода СМК в категорию автоматизированной СМК с элементами цифровизации процедур и процессов менеджмента предприятий-исполнителей и участников ГОЗ и последующей их роботизации. Показаны пути перевода процедур сертификации систем менеджмента в роботизированные вир- туальные процедуры и виртуальных экспертов, наделенных элементами искусственного интеллекта. Показана структура формирования цифрового предприятия и формирования роботизированного цифрового Центра оценки соответствия. Приведена схема реализации проекта программно-аппаратного комплекса комплексной системы безопасности и качества на базе отечественной интеграционной платформы, предназначенного для роботизированного управления крупными предприятиями и объединениями.

Deployment of creation works robotic bodies for conformity assessment of the QMS and products of digital enterprises-performers and participants of the state defense order

Summary: The article presents an algorithm for transferring the QMS to the category of automated QMS with elements of digitalization of procedures and processes of management of enterprises-performers and participants of the State Defense Order and their subsequent robotization. The ways of translating the certification procedures of management systems into robotic virtual procedures and virtual experts endowed with elements of artificial intelligence are shown. The structure of the formation of a digital enterprise and the formation of a robotic digital compliance assessment Center is shown. The scheme of implementation of the project of a software and hardware complex of an integrated security and quality system based on a domestic integration platform designed for robotic management of large enterprises and associations is presented.
