Вовлечение пользователя в процесс проектирования информационных систем на основе применения архитектурных схем

Резюме: Одной из проблем в области проектирования и разработки информационных систем остается проблема перехода между моделями предметной области и моделями информационной системы. Для решения данной проблемы в настоящее время применяется концепция вовлечения в процесс разработки конечного пользователя (эксперта предметной области). Предполагается, что конечный пользователь главный источник знаний о предметной области, при этом знания о системе у него практически отсутствуют. С другой стороны, команда разработчиков имеет противоположенное соотношение между знаниями о предметной области и знаниями о системе. В статье подробно рассмотрены существующие модели вовлечения конечного пользователя в процесс разработки информационных систем. На основе выявленных недостатков предложена новая модель, которая не требует дополнительных знаний пользователя при описании моделей системы (самой системы) и позволяющей пользователю описывать свою профессиональную деятельность в единой форме и на естественном языке. Также в статье показано применение данной модели, на одном из аспектов (разработки логики преобразования данных).

User involvement into the information system design process based on the use of architectural schemes 

Summary: One of the problems in the field of design and development of information systems remains the problem of transition between models of the subject area and models of the information system. To solve this problem, the concept of involving the end user (domain expert) in the development process is currently being applied. It is assumed that the end user is the main source of knowledge about the subject area, while he has practically no knowledge about the system. On the other hand, the development team has an opposite relationship between domain knowledge and system knowledge. The article discusses in detail the existing models of involving the end user in the process of developing information systems. On the basis of the identified shortcomings, a new model is proposed that does not require additional user knowledge when describing models of the system (the system itself) and allows the user to describe his professional activities in a unified form and in natural language. The article also shows the application of this model, on one of the aspects (development of data transformation logic).
